Title: Staffing Coordinator

Objective: The Staffing Coordinator will be assisting caregivers and healthcare professionals interested in local assignments and maintaining the daily schedule needs.  Along with cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and filling daily per-diem nursing shift needs from local hospitals and clients as needed.

Job Description:

  • Identify client and medical facility staffing needs facility and manage the schedule of suitable staff
  • Provide supportive leadership to staff
  • Track and record placements and help keep personnel files up to date
  • Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and identifying client/candidate preferences
  • Identify, source, and build a pipeline to recruit high-potential talent
  • Screen potential candidates and manage the interview/onboarding process
  • Stay abreast of all candidate certification and credentialing requirements
  • Manage high-volume outbound calls to identify staff availability and facility needs
  • Establish positive rapport with applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and respond to staff, client, and facility queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Proactively contact and recruit candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in per diem staffing and recruitment required
  • Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills required
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

  • Computer literacy with experience using ATS/CRM
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus


Salary:
$23.00-$26.00
