Job Title: CNA/Home Health Aide - (Bath Visit/Home Assessments)

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $30-$35 per visit

Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits and home assessments. As a CNA/Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bath visits for patients per care plans
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Conduct safety home assessments to evaluate client needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Valid CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to and from patient homes or facilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual patient needs
