Aarris Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Community Liaison to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a part-time role focused on marketing and outreach to grow our patient census by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, particularly case managers, at teaching hospitals and other referral sources. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise and marketing acumen to promote our healthcare staffing and homecare services to the community.

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage key referral sources, including case managers, social workers, and discharge planners at teaching hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with long-term care facilities, physician offices, and community organizations to identify patient care needs and promote Aarris Healthcare services.
• Conduct community outreach to increase awareness of our services and expand the referral network.
• Meet monthly sales and referral goals by securing new client placements and increasing billable hours.
• Track and report progress on marketing efforts, outreach activities, and sales targets on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the intake team to ensure accurate and efficient onboarding of new patients.
• Represent Aarris Healthcare at local events, conferences, and professional gatherings to strengthen the agency's brand and presence in the community.

• Current and active California RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in community liaison, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
• Strong connections with local case managers, teaching hospitals, and long-term care facilities in Los Angeles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and targets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
